Hm, a few hours late, but not because it wasn't finished! Because I had no internet.
Anyway, say hi to Mr. Government Man, he's here to...help. When doing this page, I realized that as far as I remember, every military uniform I've ever drawn has been blue, and in particular, very similar to this shade of blue. But, I like it and it fits my color scheme, so I don't care.
Well, thanks to my unfortunate inability to sleep in cars or on planes, I have slept less than 5 hours in the last 72, so I believe I'm going to try and fix that now. Travel, more like time travel, yeah?

I'm curious, as I'm sure our librarian friend also is, to start getting some explanations! Certainly seems as though he's in over his head with this one!
